Since my time in Paris I became a fan of foie gras.

Do you have restaurants were this specialty is just better than somewhere else & a tipp for a good supermarket foie gras?

I'm insane for foie gras, too!

The shop where I go to buy it in Paris is Le Comptoir Correzien du Foie Gras (8 rue des Volontaires, 15th, 01-47-83-52-97. Mo Volontaires). Their foie gras de canard is superb.

In terms of restaurants, I've eaten delicious foie gras at Le Pamphlet, 3rd, and Mon Vieil Ami, which are in Hungry for Paris, and also at Benoit (20 rue Saint Martin, 4th, 01-42-72-25-76. Mo Hotel de Ville).
